Do you repair decks or only build new ones?
Both. Most of our deck calls are repairs: replacing rotted boards, tightening or replacing railings, resetting posts, rebuilding stairs. We rebuild when the frame is gone.
How long does a deck repair take?
Board and railing repairs are usually one day. Stairs and structural work one to three days. Full rebuilds run about a week depending on size and permits.
Can you fix a deck that feels bouncy or soft?
Yes. Bounce usually means undersized or rotted joists or a failing ledger. We inspect the framing before quoting so you know exactly what is being fixed.
Is my deck safe?
If a railing moves when you lean on it, a board flexes underfoot, or the ledger shows rust or rot, treat it as unsafe until it is looked at. We do free inspections.
What is the best time of year for deck work in Atlanta?
Spring through October. Demand falls off in November, so late-season bookings often get faster scheduling.
